NCT: How To Use

Step 1 - Battery Installation

• Press the battery cover, the battery cover will pop open automatically.
• Insert 2 AAA batteries (included with your NCT).

Step 2 - Sound Function

• Turn NCT on by pressing the power button.
• Press “mem” button to set sound on or off.

Step 3 - Temperature Setting

• While your NCT is OFF, press and hold the “mem” button for 6 sec.
• Press “mem” button to toggle between F and C.
• Press the power button to lock the setting.

Step 4 - Temperature Reading (Forehead and Wrist)

• Turn NCT on by pressing power button.
• Aim NCT at Forehead or Wrist and press the button.
• Measurement results will appear after 1 sec.
• For best results measurement distance should be within 1/4” from target.

Step 5 - Ear Temperature Reading

• Turn NCT on by pressing power button.
• Remove cover and the NCT will automatically enter ear temperature mode.
• Insert thermometer tip into ear and press the button.
• Measurement results will appear after 1 sec.

Step 6 - Cleaning

• Make sure your NCT is OFF
• We suggest that you clean your NCT with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol
